I enjoyed its welcoming and knowledgeable employees.

It's a straightforward place.

Had central location close to the railway. I had some drinks at Chambers, positioned 400 metres away.

the staff were thoughtful, perfectly comfortable and easy location near to everything.

Shame the bathroom was cold.

Clean, good value hotel, its location was good and unbeatable and so close to exceptional cathedral & pleasant quays as well as the shop's restaurant's. The staff members were friendly and amicable.

Unfortunately, the lady at the reception was a little rude and could not give any information about anything.

The room had an excellent size with a very comfortable bed. The large bathroom included a spacious shower, made for a refreshing start to my day.

My stay was too short to fully experience everything.

Very impressed with king room with good shower. Peaceful location to Barnwood Arboretum Park. Near to Gloucester, shops, docks, pubs, and the bus stops.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, the massive room provided great amenities like a full-size fridge and microwave, which would make it ideal for self-catering. The location is only a few minutes walk from the train station.

Nothing I didn't like.

The location is good, but the area around the hotel is rather loud and dirty. The whole town is rather grubby. The reception and service were very friendly and helpful. No breakfast, parking in a nearby parking garage possible. Room large but not perfect in terms of cleanliness. Shower door defective!

Loved the spacious room with a microwave and fridge! Excellent water pressure in the shower and tons of plugs available. Perfect location for exploring, just a quick walk to the town center. Had a lovely sleep on the comfy bed and felt super cozy.
